Everyone likes to drink cappuccino with tiramisu at a cafe on the wooden bridge TTCN – The cuisine of different regions in Italy is easy to distinguish. In the north (Milan, Venice, Bologna, Turin…) the food tends to be more creamy and fatty, while the locals in the central region (Florence, Perugia, Siena…) use a lot of olive oil and herbs. Eating is also simple, frugal and fresher. The further south (Rome, Naples, Catanzaro…), the hotter and spicier the Italian dishes… What about Italian coffee? Caffè latte is a very similar version of French café au lait, also hot milk filled with large cups, mixed with a little black coffee. Lifting the cup, the steaming smoke on the face wakes up the whole person, very suitable for “hangover” (headache after drinking a lot of alcoholic drinks).
